WHY HIRE MY FIRM

Divorce and other family conflicts are exhausting both emotionally and financially. I cannot make parents’ disputes over custody or spouses’ division of marital property less sensitive, but I can help to dramatically reduce the costs of solving these issues.

I have chosen a virtual office model: 

  • I do not have a monthly office rent expense, 
  • I rent conference rooms when they are needed to meet with clients,
  • I hire staff only when their help is needed,
  • I have reduced my use of paper to the absolutely necessary minimum,
  • I use technology and electronic means of communication with my clients and adversaries.

What does it mean for you? It means that my hourly rate charged to clients is affordable and does not factor in:

  • My office rent,
  • Wages I pay to my staff,
  • File storage costs,
  • Costs associated with maintaining a physical office.

My clients’ time is valuable, I realize and respect it. When appropriate, I eliminate the need of in-person meetings and hold video or telephone  conference calls.  Of course, personal meetings may be necessary to prepare for court conferences and hearings.
